Triunity provided construction inspection services and quality review. The project team was on site assisting the Denver Water Construction Management with construction inspection and contract management, reviewing current engineering plans and specs along with approved shop drawings.
Triunity was also responsible for developing daily reports with progress photo’s, maintaining active files at the project site, input and finalization of punch lists , and review of warranties/guaranties with delivery to Owner at project completion.
