Triunity Engineering & Management (TEM) is providing construction inspection services and quality reviews. This includes providing daily presence on site, assisting the Denver Water Construction Management team as needed with construction inspection and contract management, reviewing current engineering plans and specs along with approved shop drawings. TEM is also responsible for developing daily reports with progress photo’s, maintaining active files at the project site, input and finalization of punch lists , and review of warranties/guaranties with delivery to Owner at project completion.
